Plekk
Terms and conditions
The agreements between Marleo and the businesses using Plekk. Written to be understood.
Last updated: 10 September 2026
1. Who Plekk is
Plekk is a service of Marleo, based in Deinze, Belgium. Contact: hallo@plekk.be.
These terms apply between Marleo and the business subscribing to Plekk. They do not govern the relationship between that business and its own customers.
2. What Plekk does
Plekk gives your business its own booking page and a dashboard where appointments, reservations and orders arrive. We provide the software, the hosting and the confirmation emails.
Plekk is not an intermediary in the agreement between you and your customer, and takes no commission on your revenue.
3. Subscription, price and payment
Every new business starts with 14 free days, with no obligation.
After that: Solo (€19), Zaak (€39) or Zaak+ (€69) per month, excluding VAT. Paying yearly means ten months for twelve.
Payments run through Stripe and are charged in advance. Invoices are in your dashboard.
If a payment fails you have ten days to settle it. After that online booking is paused; your data is kept.
4. Cancelling
You cancel yourself from your dashboard, with no notice period. The subscription runs to the end of the paid period; no partial refunds.
We may end a subscription for persistent non-payment, abuse, or unlawful use — always after an email warning first.
5. Your data stays yours
Customer data, bookings and texts you put into Plekk remain your business's property. We never resell them.
You can export at any time. After your subscription ends we keep the data for 60 days, then delete it.
6. Availability
We do our best to keep Plekk running, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance is announced ahead where possible.
If an outage lasts more than 24 hours in a row, those days are credited on your next invoice.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to what you paid for Plekk in the last twelve months. We are not liable for lost profit or missed bookings.
This limit does not apply to intent, gross negligence, or personal injury.
8. Changes
We may adapt these terms. Important changes are announced at least 30 days ahead by email; you can cancel before they take effect.
Price changes never apply during a period already paid for.
9. Applicable law
Belgian law applies. Disputes are discussed first; failing that, the courts of Ghent have jurisdiction.
