You can try the demo and create a sample page. Real bookings, payments and accounts are not connected yet.
Do my customers need to install an app?+
No. The page opens in a browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
What does 0% commission mean?+
Plekk is designed as a fixed subscription without commission on bookings or orders. Payment providers may charge transaction fees. Final rates will follow at launch.
Can I try it first?+
Yes. Choose a salon, restaurant or takeaway demo. Try a booking or order with sample data. Nothing is sent to a real business.

What happens to my test booking?+
It may appear temporarily in the dashboard in the same tab. Closing the tab or resetting the demo removes it. Nothing is sent to a real business.
Are the displayed slots really available?+
No. Sample times illustrate the selection process. No real staff member, table or kitchen capacity is reserved.
Do customers need an account or app?+
The customer demo opens in a browser without an account. That is also the intended final experience.
How does the fixed monthly fee work?+
Proposed plans are €19, €39 and €69 per month excluding VAT. Solo has limits; Zaak and Zaak+ are proposed without staff, table or order limits. Final terms will be confirmed at launch.
Are payment and SMS fees included?+
No. The concept is 0% Plekk commission, with any payment and SMS costs separate. Rates and connections are not yet final.
Can Plekk work on my existing website?+
The plan is a direct link or embedded flow. You can already link to the demo from your website or socials. A final widget will be discussed at setup.
Can I try the dashboard?+
Yes. The diary, reservations, kitchen screen and customer list use sample data. Change statuses without affecting a real business.
How do I get in touch?+
Email hallo@plekk.be. The contact page prepares your message, then you send it through your email app.
